DERRICK IN NEW ZEALAND

This is the blog and photo gallery that Derrick will be using while he is completing his thesis research in New Zealand.

Derrick was granted the Queen Elizabeth II Scholarship to complete research in a Commonwealth country. He is doing his research on how local government's policies on public spaces may influence social exclusion among the visible homeless people, or as they call them in New Zealand, streeties. The research methodology uses an urban comparison between two cities in New Zealand and two cities in Alberta, Canada. To learn more, read the Thesis page in the About section.
